Over the last 30 years we have used just about every type of remedial cavity wall tie in existence.

To date the Strucsol Loc-Tie is the closest we have come to having one tie appropriate for all scenarios.

The tie can be installed in pilot holes no bigger than 7mm diameter, i most instances pilot holes can be reduced to 5mm, in the instance of lightweight Block and timber , there is no requirement for a pilot hole.

Small cross sectional areas mean little expansive force is imparted on the host material, meaning we can install the Loc-ties as close as 5mm to the edge of , brick , block, timber and concrete, without fear of spalling .

 

The  Loc-ties can be installed at angles of up to 45 degrees, allowing for secret fixing within the mortar bed joint.

Loc-ties are available in lengths from 100mm to 450mm  in 7,8,9,10mm diameter,t
